Staff presented conditional use petition 26‑07 filed by Dale and Stacy Roofs seeking permission to use a motor home as a temporary residence during construction at 35 Springdale Drive in Palmetto (Lot 25, Hillsdale Subdivision). Lisa Eschman told the board the ~6.825‑acre site is zoned Cedar Creek, construction permits have been pulled, and staff recommend conditions intended to limit impacts during the construction period.
