The board will pursue a second opinion regarding a broken door, authorized moving funds into a certificate of deposit, and elected new officers: Julie Lukela as president and Kay Backstrum as vice president; the minutes list ‘Destiny’ as secretary and ‘Wayne’ as treasurer (last names not specified in the minutes).
