The Ault Town Board unanimously approved a site plan allowing resident Carlos Nogal Jr. to replace his existing garage with a larger one at 230 E. 3rd St.; the Planning Commission had recommended approval and the motion was moved by Trustee Michael Biwer and seconded by Trustee Candice Clem.
