Administrator Michael L. Miller told the Council the NatureWorks grant agreement for the East Side playground in Bimeler Park has been executed and ODNR confirmed cooperative bidding may be used to purchase and install equipment. Miller said the Village may begin the project immediately and that GameTime is the proposed vendor.
