Morrill adopts MEAN-recommended avoided-cost rates for solar interconnection, allocates ACE funds

The Morris (Village of Morrill) Board of Trustees adopted revised avoided-cost rates for solar interconnection at its March 10 meeting and authorized ACE funds for the project. Clerk Janine K. Schmidt presented the change: "MEAN suggested avoided cost rate of .05506 per kWH for nameplate ratings of 25kW or less and .0201 per kWh for nameplate ratings greater than 25 kW," and the board voted to adopt the rates and allocate ACE Funds.
