Member Schledewitz moved (seconded by Member Conrad) to open the public hearing on the Village of Morrill’s 2025–2026 fiscal-year budget at 6:04 p.m. Staff shared a Statement of Key Provisions and a comparison with the prior year’s budget, and the Board received comments from the public. Village Clerk/Treasurer Janine K. Schmidt recorded the proceedings.
