Chairman Neal Hart opened the Village of Morrill’s Tax Authority public hearing on Sept. 9, 2025, at 6:01 p.m. and moved to open the hearing; the motion was seconded by Member Purviance and recorded as carrying unanimously (AYES: Conrad, Engleman, Hart, Schledewitz and Purviance). Village Clerk/Treasurer Janine K. Schmidt recorded the proceedings.
