During the budget review, Chair (S4) asked where a microgrant was listed and Presenter (S5) confirmed a $12,000 microgrant appears on the bottom portion of special projects but is currently coded as "code TBD." Presenter said they will work with the accounting department to create a specific code for that line so it can be tracked.
