The board appointed Sean Cunningham of Hanover Engineering (SEO Certification #04274) as an additional Sewage Enforcement Officer (SEO) for Coolbaugh Township. Chairman William Weimer made the motion and Supervisor Alma I. Ruiz-Smith seconded; the appointment was approved by unanimous vote.
