Town engineer: "An updated SWIP is needed" before final site approval
Town engineer said an updated Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWIP) is required to address additional impervious surfaces from the proposed building and gravel expansion; the applicant has selected an engineer and will prepare the SWIP before ZBA submission.

Mark Smallen, the town engineer, told the board that the project needs an updated stormwater plan to account for the building and an expanded gravel storage area. He said, “the short of it is… an updated SWIP is needed for the additional impacts from this project, which include the building and the ex well, gravel expansion of the of the outdoor storage area.” (Mark Smallen, SEG 440–444).
