Adrianna/Andrea (S2) told the board she rebuilt an old deck at 145 Bucks Hollow Road and did so without permits; a town inspector had instructed her to stop work. She said the deck had existed for many years (she referenced 2001) and that she followed up with the town to regularize the work.
