The court approved an amendment to the Zultys service agreement, a Cintas uniform contract for Precinct 2, a memorandum of understanding with the Agrilife Extension Service, an AirMed cafeteria-plan agreement, and an umbrella auction agreement with Purple Wave Auctions; all motions passed unanimously.

Jones County Commissioners on Sept. 14 approved several contracts and agreements across departments. Commissioner Lonnie Vivian moved to approve an amendment to the Zultys service agreement; Commissioner Roy Spalding seconded and the motion passed (Exhibit D). The court also approved a Cintas contract to supply uniforms for full-time employees of Precinct 2 on Vivian's motion and Spalding's second (Exhibit E).
