Council approves three‑year lease for 312 1st Street with Pivot Structures

The Severance Town Council approved Resolution 2026‑18R authorizing the town manager to sign a three‑year lease for real property at 312 1st Street with the tenant Pivot Structures. Town staff said the lease had been negotiated in executive session, had not changed since that session and was awaiting final signature. "This lease was brought in front of you, in an executive session. It has not changed from that executive session... It has been signed by the lessee, Pivot Structures, and is waiting my signature," staff told the council.
