Council approves emergency underpinning for Camp Jordan concession building
After staff showed new cracking and settling at a two-story concession/storage building at Camp Jordan, council approved an emergency contract with RamJack to underpin and stabilize the structure. Staff said the building would be unavailable until work completes but a trailer will be provided for weekend games.

Parks staff reported structural failure at a two-story concession/storage building at Camp Jordan and asked the council to approve emergency repairs so the facility can be available for upcoming tournaments. Staff said the staircase side had previously been repaired on 06/01/2023, but the opposite side began to crack and sink; RamJack was presented as the vendor with the recommended underpinning approach and a lifetime warranty.
