The Council approved second reading of Ordinance No. 2026-014 on Aug. 18, 2026, which repeals and replaces portions of the Town's Land Use and Development Code covering procedures, development standards and appeals. The ordinance updates public-notice, subdivision, building-permit, inspection and building-code requirements and amends the table of contents.
