The council accepted Mount Carmel Stabilization Group Inc.'s Division A bid of $689,081.50 and Division B bid of $116,346 for the Eastgate oil/soil cement project; Division B will be funded from Route 130 TIF funds.

Bids for the Eastgate oil/soil cement project were opened Sept. 23. Staff recommended accepting the single bid from Mount Carmel Stabilization Group Inc.: Division A for $689,081.50 (to be paid from the Street Department road-project line) and Division B for $116,346 (to be paid from the Route 130 TIF district).
