The Village of White Pigeon Council opened a public hearing May 5 at 2:37 p.m. to open sealed bids for Water Project Phase III. Two bids were submitted—KLS Underground and Square 1—and the minutes record an engineering estimate of $2,675,405.25; Square 1’s bid was noted as lower than the estimate.
