The Keene Planning Board voted unanimously to issue final approval for PB‑2025‑18, a modification to the Revo Casino site plan at 109–147 Key Road. Staff told the board that the three conditions of approval — owner signatures on the plan, submission of five full‑size paper copies and a PDF of the final plan set, and a security deposit to cover the cost of asphalt work, landscaping, and erosion control measures — have been satisfied.
