The Board of Commissioners unanimously adopted Ordinance 26-11-47, which replaces chapter 2 of the municipal code to clarify requirements and appointments for boards and commission members. Staff said the amendment is intended to eliminate confusion between elected commissioners and appointed board members and to clarify when service on multiple boards is permissible under state law.
