Brook Green and Ellis Brown of St. Ann Code Enforcement told the Charlack board on July 14 that the two agencies are discussing a possible contract for code-enforcement support. "Brook Green and Ellis Brown from St. Ann Code Enforcement presented the process St Ann follows for Code Violations," the transcript states, and the presenters said timeliness for business licenses is improving.
