The Charlack Board of Aldermen adopted Ordinance 26-06 on Aug. 11, 2026, granting a special-use permit to RS Land Development. Attorney Branden May read the bill for both the first and second readings. Alderwoman Chamberlain moved to adopt the ordinance; Alderwoman Macon seconded. The roll-call vote was Alderwoman Macon 'aye', Alderman Terry 'no', Alderwoman Chamberlain 'aye', and Alderman Elwood 'aye', and the motion passed.
