The Larimer County Board of County Commissioners voted unanimously on Sept. 29 to enter executive session to discuss potential real‑estate matters. Commissioner Stevens moved the board into executive session, citing Colorado Revised Statute language on property transactions as the legal basis for the closed meeting.
