Collection & Distribution Superintendent Matthew Hicks asked the council to approve an updated Cross Connection Policy for the town’s utility system. Alderman Jerry Horne moved to approve the policy and Alderman Lawrence Keeble seconded; the council approved the policy on a roll-call vote with all members voting aye.
