The special magistrate's docket included administrative entries and orders across multiple properties. Among the actions, the magistrate certified a previously accrued fine of $55,500 for 11 Lynn Way after confirming the property remained noncompliant for 222 days at $250/day. Several other properties were found noncompliant and given 30-day deadlines to come into compliance or face daily fines; amounts discussed ranged from $100/day for vegetation/maintenance violations to $250/day where the city argued life-safety or unpermitted structural/electrical work was involved.
