Board presses for signed cloud contract and transitional IT access

Committee members said the town is operating with an outdated or unsigned IT arrangement and that a signed contract should be finalized before the next season. Staff explained that a prior attempt at a three-year contract was processed incorrectly and that a one-year contract will be used unless the town follows the procedure to authorize multi-year terms at an annual meeting.
