Historic Review Board compiles violations list and will pass items to building inspector

Board members spent the meeting cataloging several properties with potential noncompliance: temporary two‑by‑four railings, mismatched or wrong windows installed at multiple Main Street buildings, and lingering faux greenery at Cozy Corner that had not been removed despite prior direction. The chair suggested compiling items in the monthly report to the board of trustees and emphasized using the existing complaint form or emailing the building inspector directly.
