The Kimball Board ratified approval of the contract with the State of Tennessee concerning participation in the Tennessee Advanced Communication Network (TACN). Vice Mayor Jerry Don Case moved to ratify and Alderman Teresa Lofty seconded; the motion passed unanimously.
