Council members discussed using approximately $12,000 held in a town ‘‘forever fund’’ to buy new playground equipment for the town park. Chair said ‘‘we do have the, approximate of the $12,000 in there’’ and presented a proposed playset footprint and options; committee members raised safety and siting questions, including the playset footprint and fall height.
