The City Council tabled consideration of a proposed storage-container ordinance after Councilmember Lane Morrison asked that qualifications be added to prevent containers from being converted into residential houses. Councilmember Sara Jane Douglas moved to table the item; the roll-call vote recorded Ayes: Lind, Morrison, Wolkenhauer, Douglas and Absent: O'Brien.
