The committee scheduled a Fall IV cleanup for Oct. 3 and agreed to ask Public Works to place a dumpster and provide basic tools. Chair proposed the date and said, "Let's let's let's say October 3. I'll contact Public Works, confirm that, with Don." Members agreed that a morning start around 8 a.m. with flexible attendance would be sufficient to complete the work.
