Committee approves Reynolds parcel rezone (Town of Hall)
A petition by Jordan Reynolds to convert farmland preservation parcels to real estate was corrected on the record and approved by the committee; the town and staff recommended approval and members voted in favor.

Staff clarified an agenda classification error for item 5a8 and explained the request was for FP (farmland preservation) to RE (real estate) rather than to light industrial. The petition on behalf of Jordan Reynolds includes Parcel 1 of CSM and parts of Section 34 in the Town of Hall; the town board met and recommended approval.
