Staff presented a petition filed by Chris Fieri on behalf of Thomas and Pamela Balz and Devon and Louisa Lemanski to rezone land south of Schoolhouse Lane and Countryside Drive in the Town of Rib Falls from GA to LDR (low-density residential). The petition included the preliminary CSM and parent parcel references.
