On Aug. 12, 2025 the City of Kelley council voted to approve a Class C retail alcohol license for R Place, Pub and Pizza, LLC, with the motion moved by Kelly Netcott and seconded by Ben Adams. The minutes note the approval was contingent on the pending dram shop requirement listed on the application and that the motion carried with all ayes.
