Visitor Frank Vanhorn asked the Board for permission to use Booster Field on Saturday, Oct. 10 for the annual Fire Engine Rally, requested barriers to block the field the night before, and proposed a parade beginning at the American Legion at 9:00 a.m., traveling down 10th Street onto Main and ending at Booster Field. He told the council the event would conclude at 3:30 p.m.
