The Kossuth County Board approved Change Order #3 for Drainage District 4 Ladder 11 (Mallard WPA), which reduces the contract by $29,467.24 and keeps the project close to the original contract price. The board also approved Payoff 2 ($16,076.75) and Payoff/PAF 3 for $371,151 to conclude payments on the lateral 11 work; motions carried by voice vote without further discussion.
