As part of its regular business the Richland County Board of Commissioners approved four utility applications. Chair Cliff Meares listed the projects: an AEP application for work on Lexington-Ontario Road; an AEP application for Baseline Banktown and Ganges 5 Points Road; and two American Transmission System applications for Bridal Road and Bowen Road.
