Mayor Rohit introduced a proposal to create a development committee charged with recommending code amendments and policy changes over the next year, with a sunset at the end of the next fiscal year and a council liaison role proposed for Linda. He said the committee would consolidate prior work on lot coverage and mass/scale and bring forward specific recommendations for council consideration.
