When asked whether LRAPA provides information about a facility's prior compliance, Travis Knutson said the public notice materials include two main documents: the permit and a review report. He advised attendees that “I always recommend to people if they want to understand what's in a permit, they should read the review reports. That's going to be more helpful than the actual, permit itself because the language in the permit is very legal and technical.”
