The Santa Clara Community Organization heard an update that the River Road–Santa Clara neighborhood plan has completed its visioning and policy-writing phases and is now working on an action plan ahead of adoption. The Chair said staff and volunteers are awaiting draft corridor code language from consultants before holding extensive community outreach and unveiling the final proposals to neighbors.
