The board recognized Berkley Springs High School's theater program early in the meeting. Ms. Taylor, the theater teacher, told trustees that the program nearly had to start over after a wave of graduating seniors but rebounded: roughly 22 of 30 students auditioned and about 29 participated in the production across acting and backstage roles.
