A new resident (S3) used public comment to describe plans for a temporary, nonpermanent carport to provide winter parking and asked whether such a structure requires a permit. The resident said the carport would have no concrete, electricity or plumbing and would be screened with trees; he said he believed an earlier plan for the property had included a garage.
