Planning and Zoning agreed to hold a one-hour work session on Sept. 2 to begin focused updates to the town general plan; the chair said the session will precede a regular meeting so members can extend discussion later if needed.

Rachel Alberton, chair of the Dutch John Planning and Zoning Commission, said the board would hold a focused work session to begin updating the town general plan. "We're gonna do it on Wednesday, September 2 from 6 to 7," Alberton said, noting the session will come before a regular meeting so the group can continue discussion if necessary.
