Brian Meyer of Sunrise Engineering told the council the fire station remodel specifications and contract documents are “about 80% complete,” and that the roof-remodel portion is close to being finished. He said the engineering team is compiling cut sheets and product specifics the town will attach to the bid packet so contractors know what to price.
