Council opened a public hearing on a conditional-use request to allow a building-construction contractor's office for Mungo Homes at 125 Southern Junction Boulevard, Building 900. Planning staff explained the site history: Building 900 was permitted for administrative office use but a conditional-use application was needed to cover a design-center showroom and related functions.
