Board authorizes initial banner purchase; redevelopment group coordinating larger banner plan

The board discussed options for a cross-street banner and smaller pole banners to advertise park events and the city brand. A member reported a historical quote of about $900 for an across-street banner but recommended ordering online for lower cost; small pole banners were estimated at roughly $60'$70 each with a simple design fee.
