Coolidge adopts updated development fee schedule, ordinance 26-12

City staff introduced Ordinance 26-12, an update to the development fee schedule codified in Title 15, Chapter 150.095 of the Coolidge City Code. A staff presenter said this ordinance "will replace the old impact fee schedule that's currently in the, the Coolidge City code." Council discussed the effective date; staff said the fees were already in effect from earlier action and that the ordinance language contemplates the effective date in 30 days.
