The Lapel Redevelopment Commission voted to approve a $863.25 invoice from Redi Financial for monthly management and reporting services. Chair (speaker S1) presented the invoice and Commissioner Richard Himes moved to approve the claim; the motion was seconded and carried by voice vote.
