At the March 24 meeting the Village of Robbins approved the Lexington Settlement Agreement. Trustee Michael Collier moved the settlement and Trustee Ernest Maxey seconded; the roll call showed ayes from Trustees Dyson, Maxey, Harper, Kelly and Collier, with Trustee Jeanneen Holmes recorded as abstaining. The motion carried.
