On recommendation of the Park Board, the Atkinson council approved purchase of a Grasshopper 125V with a 52" 4X rear discharge deck from Great Plains Small Engine for $8,180.00. The motion was made by Jerry Osborne and seconded by Scott Shane; the minutes show Osborne, Shane, Olson and Seger voted yes and Chuck Asher abstained.
