The Atkinson council on March 3 approved a building permit for Brad and Morgan Dvorak to construct a 30-foot by 54-foot wood-frame addition at 309 West Union Street. Councilmember Leo Seger moved the permit approval and Helen Olson seconded; the motion carried with all present members voting yes.
